1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the APlus Learning mobile application and web portal (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User Accounts

  • Eligibility: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Instructors are subject to an approval process by platform administrators.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others to bypass paywalls or course fees is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

3. Virtual Currency (Coins) & Purchases

APlus Learning uses an internal virtual currency ("Coins") to facilitate access to premium content, exams, and detailed AI reviews.

  • Non-Refundable: Purchases of Coins and subsequent redemptions for digital goods (exams, videos, reviews) are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
  • No Real-World Value: Coins hold no real-world monetary value outside of the APlus Learning platform and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Instructor Guidelines

Instructors using the platform to upload videos, create exams, or host live classes retain intellectual property rights to their original content. However, by uploading content, instructors grant APlus Learning a license to host, display, and distribute this content to authorized students. Instructors must not upload copyrighted material they do not own.

5. AI Features and Grading

APlus Learning utilizes Artificial Intelligence (including Google Gemini) to assist in grading theory questions and providing feedback. While we strive for high accuracy using advanced rubrics, AI-generated scores and feedback are provided "as-is" for educational purposes and should not be considered infallible.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform design, codebase, logos, and UI elements are the exclusive property of APlus Learning. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the platform without express written permission.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users of the platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall APlus Learning, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
